The Choreless "Book Page" – Account Creation + First Order in One

Unlike services that require downloading an app, Choreless is completely web-based. You cannot create an account without placing your first order—everything happens together on our streamlined "Book Page."

Visit joinchoreless.com from any device (phone, tablet, or computer) and you'll be guided through:

Step 1: Verification

  • Enter your mobile phone number

  • Receive and enter a one-time password (OTP) via SMS

  • Your phone number is essential for order notifications

Step 2: Basic Information

  • First and last name

  • Email address (you'll verify this later via a magic link)

Step 3: Service Address

  • Full street address

  • Custom address name (like "Home" or "Office")

  • Suite/apartment number if applicable

  • Special instructions (gate codes, entry details, where to leave bags)

Step 4: Choose Your Plan

Select from four options:

  • Pay-As-You-Go: $39.95/bag minimum, no commitment

  • Light Use: $229/month subscription

  • Regular Use: $299/month subscription (most popular)

  • Heavy Use: $429/month subscription

Step 5: Schedule First Pickup

  • Choose from available dates (Monday-Saturday)

  • Select pickup method (in person, outside, or reception)

  • Pickup window is always 5-9 PM

Step 6: Delivery Preferences

  • Choose delivery date (2-day standard or next-day express)

  • Select delivery method (at door, in person, or reception)

Step 7: Optional Add-Ons

  • Toggle "Add Bulky Items" if you have home & bedding items

  • Add order-specific notes for special care instructions

Step 8: Payment

  • Enter payment information (required to place order)

  • Add promo code if you have one

  • Add optional tip for driver

Step 9: Submit

  • Review everything and submit

  • Receive immediate confirmation via SMS and email

  • Check your email for magic link to verify your email address

After Signup

Email Verification: Click the magic link in your email to fully activate your account.

Set Your Preferences: Visit your dashboard (Account → Preferences) to customize washing settings before your first pickup. Default settings will be applied if you don't set preferences.

What to Expect Next:

  • Day before pickup: Reminder SMS

  • Pickup day: "Driver on the way" SMS

  • After pickup: Confirmation SMS

  • After processing: Final price updated in dashboard (pay-as-you-go)

  • Delivery day: "Driver on the way" SMS and delivery confirmation

First Pickup Tips

What bags to use:

  • Pay-as-you-go: Use your own 13-gallon trash bags, hamper, or any reusable bag

  • Subscription customers: Use your own bag for the first order. We'll provide premium branded linen bags at your first pickup to use for all future orders.

Prepare your laundry:

  • Empty all pockets (we're not responsible for items left in pockets)

  • No need to separate whites and colors (we do this based on your preferences)

  • Place bags at your designated location during pickup window (5-9 PM)

You don't need to be home unless you selected "in person" pickup or delivery options.
